Scrambled eggs with shrimps

When we have dinner here, boiled river shrimp is almost a must-order dish. Because shrimps cooked by frying, stewing and other cooking methods, it is almost impossible to tell whether they are fresh or not. Only boiled river shrimps can tell, and only the river shrimps cooked in this way can taste their delicious taste. Relatives ordered a lot of food for a dinner party that day, and some were leftover. Some people think that packing leftovers is a loss of face. I think frugality is our traditional virtue. Leftovers are wasted if they are not taken away. I packed one of the boiled river shrimps home and cooked it in a different way the next day.
