Overview
Preserved eggs mixed with tofu are often eaten in summer. The tofu must be soft tofu. Adding a pack of pickled mustard makes it more delicious.

Cut the preserved eggs into small pieces, mince the mustard, wash and mince the green onions and peppers.

Use oyster sauce, fresh soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, green onions, chili peppers, and sugar to make the sauce you like.

Carefully remove the soft tofu from the box and cut into 4 small pieces.

Place the cut pieces of soft tofu into a plate, place the minced mustard and preserved egg pieces on top.

Pour the prepared sauce on top.
