Prepare the ingredients: a box of silk tofu, two pieces of Japanese tofu, a small section of carrot, five salted egg yolks, and a little shrimp, corn, and green beans.

Dice the carrots, cut the tofu into cubes, steam the salted egg yolk and set aside.

Add appropriate amount of cooking oil to the hot pan, add carrots, green beans and corn kernels and stir-fry.

Add the salted egg yolk to the pan and stir-fry until powdery, add black pepper and shrimp and stir-fry twice, then add water.

After boiling, add salt and chicken essence to taste, then put the tofu into the pot one by one.

Cook for a few minutes to allow the tofu to absorb the flavour.

Mix starch with water, thicken and set aside.

Turn up the heat, slowly add the water starch to the tofu, stir gently, turn off the heat, and sprinkle with chopped green onion after taking it out of the pot.
