Chop the white chicken into pieces of about 2cm,

Put vegetable oil in the pot and heat until seven times ripe. Add in the garlic and Sichuan peppercorns. Add the chicken quickly. When the chicken is fried, add wheat sauce. Stir-fry the wheat sauce until dry. Add spices, cooking wine and water. Bring to a boil and turn to low heat.
