Spicy Potato Chicken
Overview
It was already 4:30 in the afternoon, and I suddenly wanted to eat potato stewed chicken. I remember the first time I ate it was the Mid-Autumn Festival last year. I didn’t even know there was such a dish as potato stewed chicken. At home, we usually have braised chicken, spicy chicken, kung pao chicken, chicken soup... Well, I couldn't help but want to eat potato stewed chicken, so I ran out to buy chicken, and I couldn't wait to try making this dish. I like spicy food, so I added chili pepper. It tastes very spicy!
