A few days ago, I saw this modified sweet dish on TV - sweet and sour pork ribs. Marinating the pork ribs with peanut butter makes it more fragrant and glutinous, and the aftertaste is longer.

Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces, soak the red dates in water for a while, and prepare the ingredients.

Stir the spareribs with peanut butter and marinate them evenly.

Heat the pot, add more oil, the oil temperature is 60-70% hot, fry the ribs until crispy, scoop out and drain the oil.

Put it back into the pot, add soy sauce and rock sugar and stir-fry.

Add boiling water and red dates and cook over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.
