Curry Pork Chop Bento
Overview
March has arrived in a blink of an eye, and cities across the country are resuming work. When I used to go to work, I would either eat in the company canteen or order takeout. Now that the company canteen is closed, ordering takeout is not safe. Our bodies need sufficient nutrition to improve immunity, so bring yourself a nutritious and delicious lunch box!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Wrap the pork chops in plastic wrap and gently pound them with a meat mallet into slices about 1cm high. I used 170 grams of pork tenderloin to make two fried and boiled chops.
-
Mix the soy sauce, pepper and salt into a sauce, apply it on both sides of the pork chops, be sure to spread it evenly, and marinate for 15 minutes to let the pork chops take in the flavor.
-
Peel potatoes and carrots and cut into small cubes.
-
Put the carrot cubes into the pot and bring to a boil over high heat. After about 1 minute, add the potato cubes and continue to cook for another minute and a half. Remove when the potato cubes become slightly transparent and set aside.
-
Then process the pork chops, beat the eggs into a bowl, stir into the egg liquid, and evenly coat the pork chops with starch, egg liquid, and bread crumbs in this order, and dip every seasoning evenly.
-
Boil an appropriate amount of corn oil. When you see steam coming out, turn down the heat and put the pork chops into the pot and fry slowly over low heat. When golden, turn over and repeat 2 times. Take out and drain the oil for about 3-5 minutes and the pork chops are ready. Is the oil pan difficult to clean? Just add a few drops of Liby salted dishwashing liquid, add water and soak for a while. The three-element emulsification degreasing system can automatically remove oil, which is economical and easy to use.
-
Heat a pan, add an appropriate amount of oil, sauté the minced garlic, add potatoes and carrot cubes, and stir-fry for about 1 minute.
-
Pour in 2 bowls of hot water, bring to a boil over high heat, cover the pot and simmer for 2 minutes. Open the lid and try. After the potatoes and carrots are soft enough, put the curry cubes into the pot and stir gently with a spatula to completely melt the curry cubes.
-
After the soup is thickened, test the saltiness and the fragrant curry is ready.
-
Put the rice in a bowl and put it upside down in a lunch box, pour in the curry vegetables, put the diced pork chops on top, and the curry pork chop rice is ready. It is full of nutrition and is super satisfying to eat! Make yourself a nutritious bento, so that office workers’ lunch is not monotonous.
