Steps
-
Weigh the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, salt, yeast, and water and put them into the bread barrel one by one.
-
Put the bread bucket into the bread machine, start a kneading program, and knead into a smooth wet dough, as shown in the picture.
-
Cover the bread bucket with a clean wet towel, close the bread machine lid and let it sit for 2 hours.
-
The dough after resting for two hours is as shown in the picture.
-
Add 30 grams of butter.
-
Start a kneading program again and knead into a smoother dough, as shown in the picture.
-
Divide the dough into five equal parts (I calculated: each small dough weighs 109 grams).
-
Shape the five small dough balls and let them rest for 15 minutes.
-
During the relaxing process, it is recommended to cover it with a wet towel to prevent the surface from drying out.
-
Take a small piece of dough, roll it out from the middle in both upward and downward directions, and roll it into an oval shape. Brush the surface with melted butter and sprinkle with chopped dried cranberries and coconut.
-
Follow the method in step 12 to roll the five pieces of dough, and then stack them together to form stacked dough sheets, as shown in the picture.
-
Divide the dough sheet into eight parts.
-
Place four portions into the bread bin first.
-
Stack the remaining four pieces on top.
-
Select the yogurt program for bread noodles, set the fermentation time for 45 minutes, (I set it for one hour), and then start the program.
-
The dough is about eight minutes full, as shown in the picture.
-
Brush the surface with a layer of whole egg wash, and sprinkle in an appropriate amount of dried cranberries, coconut and sesame seeds.
-
Select the baking program, set it to light coloring, and bake for 45 minutes.
-
Unmould after baking, cool and serve.
-
Look, the bread has a fine texture, thousands of layers, and a brushed effect, not bad!
