Stuffed tofu
Overview
Oiled tofu is made from soybeans, which are made into water tofu and then fried. Occasionally, you will encounter those made with gluten in the market. They look very similar to oiled tofu, but the taste is very different. You should ask clearly when buying.

-
Clean the shrimps and roast them over low heat until fragrant.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add diced bacon, and fry over low heat until fragrant. When almost done, add diced dried mushrooms soaked in warm water and fry together until fragrant.
-
Pour off the oil in the pot and leave the fried mushrooms and bacon. Add a little sugar and stir-fry until fragrant. Then add the soaked glutinous rice and stir-fry evenly.
-
Don't fry the glutinous rice until it's cooked, just stir-fry until fragrant. Then pour in the pre-roasted shrimp and stir-fry evenly. Add a little dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, and oyster sauce for seasoning. Stir-fry until the flavor is absorbed, then put it on a plate and set aside.
-
Take a clean fried tofu, make a small opening with your fingers, and then fill it with fried glutinous rice.
-
After each two embryos are brewed, place them mouth-to-mouth in the steaming tray, fill the tray with filling, and put them into a large steamer for steaming.
-
Generally, steaming over high heat for 20 minutes is enough. If you want to eat something softer and glutinous, just increase the time appropriately.
