Takoyaki
Overview
I like to eat octopus balls, but there are none sold near my house. Hehe! I made an improved version at home and called it Takoyaki. You can also use onions instead of carrots, and it tastes great when added with ham!

Dice carrots and cabbage.

Add eggs and mix well.

Add salt, sugar, pepper and white sesame seeds and mix well.

Add octopus pellets and mix well. I cut the octopus into cubes and boiled them in hot water. You can also buy diced octopus directly in the supermarket.

Add a little condensed milk to increase the milky flavor.

Add flour and glutinous rice flour and mix well.

Fry in a grinder pan.

Top with tomato sauce and salad.

Finally, the wooden fish flowers are decorated.
