Spicy fried duck eggs
Overview
Yesterday I bought some fresh duck eggs and pickled salted eggs. Two of the egg skins were cracked, so I thought about how to eat these two fresh duck eggs. Because duck eggs have a strong fishy smell, I personally don't like fishy things, so I add chili, green garlic and other things that can remove the smell. Sure enough, the finished product has no fishy smell at all and is very fragrant.
