Cut the shallots into 3 equal parts, pour in the flour, and mix well with the green onions so that the green onions in the seafood onion pancakes will not separate from the pancakes

Mix flour, fried powder and water evenly. If you don’t have fried powder, you can use ordinary flour instead

Add salt

Adjust the heat to medium, add two or three tablespoons of oil when the pan is hot. When the oil is hot, add the green onions and fry for about 3 minutes

Next, pour in the batter

Squeeze out the water from the prepared seafood

Beat an egg and pour it on the surface

Add some chili pepper according to preference, cover the pot and fry for 15-20 minutes until the bottom is fully cooked

When one side is cooked, cover the pot with a plate and continue to fry the other side for about 15 minutes

Pour soy sauce, vinegar, sesame oil, sesame seeds, chopped green onions, etc. into a bowl and stir evenly

After the other side is fried, turn it over and put it on a plate so that the side with the seafood is facing up
