Preserved egg tofu
Overview
The most flavorful of the cold dishes is probably the preserved egg and tofu. The tofu is refreshing and the preserved egg has a rich and plump taste. In the summer, it will be even more exciting if you put it in the refrigerator before eating.

Place the lactone tofu in the refrigerator for two hours and take it out. Use scissors to cut a small opening in the four corners of the bottom of the boxed tofu. After a few gentle shakes, the tofu can be completely removed from the box and placed upside down on a plate.

Peel the preserved eggs, cut into pieces and put on the tofu

Sauce: mince garlic, add chopped pepper, chopped coriander, oyster sauce, very fresh flavor, rice vinegar, sesame oil and mix well.

Pour the sauce over the preserved egg tofu and serve.
