Mini mutton skewers
Overview
Mutton kebabs are loved by everyone, both adults and children! It’s easy to make. Cut the mutton into small pieces, marinate it, and put it on bamboo skewers. If you have an oven, you can grill it. If you don’t have an oven, you can fry it in a pan. Don’t forget to sprinkle chili powder, cumin powder, and cumin seeds. Whether it is slightly spicy, medium spicy, or super spicy, it’s all up to you. Showing off the new grill pan, it really looks like grilling over an open flame. In order to make it easier to put into the pot and eat better, it is specially made into a mini size, which is quite artistic.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Remove the fascia from the mutton leg meat and cut it into palatable small pieces together with the mutton fat;
-
Add salt, cumin powder, chili powder and salad oil to the lamb leg meat;
-
Grab, grab, grab..., grab and stir at the same time, let the mutton take in all the seasonings, and marinate for 30 minutes;
-
Use small bamboo skewers to thread the mutton into skewers. Each skewer has two pieces of lean meat and one piece of fat meat. Thread the fat meat in the middle;
-
Heat a frying pan and brush with a layer of salad oil (outside the amount);
-
Place the meat skewers evenly into the pot;
-
After one side is fried, turn it over;
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of chili powder and cumin seeds in the middle according to your taste, and fry until the fat meat is "sizzling" and oily. (If you use an oven, preheat it to 180 degrees and bake for 7 or 8 minutes. You can also sprinkle chili powder, cumin seeds, and powder in the middle).
