Wash the ingredients and soak them in water for about 15 minutes. Note: Soak the bamboo fungus and flower mushrooms separately, and soak the flower mushrooms thoroughly

Chop the chicken into pieces and set aside

Bring the soaked ingredients to a boil over high heat and continue to simmer over low heat for 15 minutes. Note: Bamboo fungus is not added
