There are many ways to cook hairtail, whether braised in braised sauce, sweet and sour, pan-fried, or stewed, they all taste equally delicious. Everyone in our family prefers braised braised rice, a traditional home-cooked dish that is simple and delicious.

  2. Wash the hairtail, remove the internal organs and cut into pieces, marinate with a small amount of salt, pepper and cooking wine for a while

  8. Fry until the skin on both sides is slightly charred. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and cooking wine until fragrant

  9. Add a small amount of water, add chili, bring to a boil over high heat, and simmer over low heat for 6 or 7 minutes
