Pork chops (all ribs). Wash and soak in water. .

Cut the soaked pork ribs into small pieces, about 4cm wide and 7cm long.

Boil a tablespoon of water. Bones under cool water. . Open the pot and beat off the foam. .

Take out the blanched ribs and rinse away the foam with clean water. Drain and place on a plate.

Marinate the ribs slightly with soy sauce and cooking wine. About 10 minutes.
