Crab Fried Rice
Overview
Fried rice comes in a variety of flavors, from high-end to star hotels, to ordinary to major food stalls. It's crab season again, so why not try some crab fried rice? It's a simple and delicious meal to make at home on weekends, and it can save time. PS: After finishing the crab fried rice. Drinking a cup of ginger tea is an absolute pleasure.

Brush the hairy crabs clean with a disposable toothbrush;

Boil water and scald the hairy crabs;

Cut the hairy crab into pieces; PS: If you dare to cut the hairy crab raw, you can cut it directly without boiling it.

Heat the pan, pour in olive oil, stir-fry the hairy crabs, add crab vinegar, purple sweet potato, ginger and light soy sauce;

Add corn kernels and stir-fry;

Add the rice and stir-fry until the rice grains squeak;
