Crispy Fried River Prawns
Overview
River shrimp is very nutritious, especially its shell, which contains a high level of chitin and the highest calcium content. So every time I see wild river shrimp fished by farmers from the river for sale at the market, I have to buy some and cook them for my family and children! It’s delicious and a great source of calcium!

Ingredients
Steps
-
The river prawns I just bought are quite vigorous
-
Wash the river shrimps with clean water. Wash them several times
-
Drain the water, add onion and ginger cooking wine, salt and a little pepper and mix well
-
After marinating for five minutes, add an egg, flour, and starch!
-
Stir evenly until it becomes a little sticky!
-
Add oil to the wok until it starts to smoke a little, then turn to medium-low heat
-
Put in small balls of shrimp and fry. If the balls are too big, it will not be easy to fry thoroughly, so just small balls are better!
-
Fry until both sides are golden and take it out of the pan. After filtering the oil, serve it on the plate. It’s simple and delicious. You don’t want to stop eating it because you’re afraid of getting burned if you eat too much!
