Steps

  1. Divide the flour into four parts, add appropriate amounts of beet powder, green tea powder, and purple sweet potato powder to the other three parts, add water, and knead into a dough. Then roll the dough into a moderately thick sheet, and press each type of dough twice with a dough press. Arrange the pressed dough sheets according to color according to your preference (you can overlap them according to the thickness you need).
