I learned this dish on TV. I made it once in October and it was praised by the whole family. This is the second time I have made it. I wrote a recipe. If you like it, you can learn to make it. It is delicious.

Chop the onion and ginger into mince and add to the meat filling.

After mixing evenly in one direction, add an egg and mix evenly.

Add appropriate amount of cooking wine, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt, sesame oil, and stir evenly.

Put the prepared meat filling into a piping bag.

Prepare the gluten oil.

Poke a small hole in the oily gluten and poke it with chopsticks, but don't poke it too much. Put the piping bag into the hole and squeeze in the meat filling. Make sure the meat filling is fully filled.

Place the meat filling on the plate with the gluten mouth facing up.

Squeeze out all the gluten and place the meat filling.

Place in steamer and steam for 15 minutes.

Mince the garlic and cut the coriander into sections.

Take a small bowl and add oyster sauce, balsamic vinegar, sugar and water, stir to form a sauce.

Pour the prepared sauce into the wok, add minced garlic and bring to a boil.

Take out the steamed gluten meat.
