Prepare the ingredients, clean them, devein the shrimps, separate the heads and bodies, wash the squid, remove the cartilage and cut it in half.

Cut the tofu into cubes, cut the green onions into sections, slice the ginger, cut the radish into cubes, break off the enoki mushrooms into small florets and wash them.

Marinate the shrimp and squid with cooking wine and pepper.

Heat oil and sauté ginger slices until fragrant.

Add the shrimp heads and fry until the shrimp heads change color.

Add the green onions and stir-fry them together. When you smell the aroma, add a bowl of water and the shrimp oil will come out.

Put down the white radish.

Add an appropriate amount of boiling water and just apply the material.
