White radish and mutton chop soup
Overview
Autumn is a good time to take supplements. The tender lamb chops and the white radish with high mustard oil content go very well together. A bowl of warm soup will make your stomach feel smooth.

Soak the lamb chops in water for one hour.

Put the lamb chops in a pot of cold water, add a piece of chopped ginger, one star anise and a small spoonful of high-grade white wine and blanch them.

Remove the blanched lamb chops and set aside.

Prepare condiments such as wolfberry, grass fruit, cardamom, fresh ginger slices and a section of green onion for making soup.

Separate the coriander leaves and stems, tie the stems into a knot and set aside.

Add boiling water to the rice cooker, add the lamb chops and all the ingredients in step 4, and cook for 1 hour.

After an hour, add the white radish cut into rolling blades and simmer for another half hour.

Remove the ginger slices, scallions and coriander stems from the soup pot, and finally add white pepper and salt to taste.
