Steps
-
Have materials ready.
-
Cut the beef into strips, add a little salt, sugar, and crushed black pepper, and mix well with your hands.
-
Add egg whites and mix well.
-
Be sure to spread it evenly with your hands so that the beef can be fully absorbed.
-
Add starch and continue to mix.
-
Finally, pour in the cooking oil and mix well. Add this step last to lock in the moisture.
-
Cut onions and tomatoes into small pieces and set aside.
-
To cook the pasta, I used angel noodles. It took about 6 minutes to cook. Remove it and pour in sesame oil and mix well to prevent it from sticking. I forgot to take a photo.
-
Drain the broccoli and set aside.
-
Heat oil in a pan and add garlic.
-
Add beef tenderloin and fry over medium heat.
-
After both sides are fried, add a little oyster sauce, soy sauce, and a little water, cook, remove and set aside. This step is done in one go and takes a very short time.
-
Heat oil again and sauté onions until fragrant.
-
Add tomatoes and continue to stir-fry.
-
Add tomato paste, a little salt, and white sugar.
-
Pour in water and cook until the juice is reduced. Adjust the taste according to your own taste.
-
Finally, put on the plate, put the spaghetti, a lot of tomato sauce, the beef tenderloin, and garnish with broccoli.
