Ingredients
Steps
-
Soak the fungus and shred it together with the tenderloin and winter bamboo shoots.
-
Add salt, starch, and pepper to the shredded meat. If you like chicken essence, you can also add a little. After putting it in, spread it evenly with your hands and marinate for half an hour.
-
Blanch the shredded bamboo shoots in boiling water.
-
Shred carrots
-
Shred onion and ginger, dice garlic
-
My mother-in-law’s homemade chili sauce is as good as chopped chili peppers, so I must show it off. At the same time, mix sugar, vinegar, starch, salt, extremely fresh flavor, and tomato sauce into a fish-flavored sauce and set aside. I forgot to take a photo.
-
Pour oil into the wok. After the oil is hot, simmer the ginger and garlic in the wok.
-
Add shredded pork and stir-fry.
-
Add chili sauce. This is my mother-in-law’s homemade chili sauce, which is equally good as a substitute for chopped chili!
-
Add bamboo shoots and fungus shreds.
-
Finally, add shredded green onions, pour in fish-flavored sauce, and stir-fry quickly (must be quick!).
-
Put the pot on the plate!
