Stir-fried chicken wings with ginger and scallion
Overview
This is an extremely ordinary home-cooked dish. There is no secret and it is not authentic. Masters who are demanding, seeking authenticity, and so-called excellence, please slide and ignore this post. This is just a home-cooked dish that tastes delicious and goes well with rice. Don't tell me what is the best thing to add. I like this. When it comes time to make it yourself, you can add whatever you like. Ginger and green onions are particularly fragrant when cooking. Regarding green onions, the author expanded the ingredients and added red onions, which added to the aroma of the dishes.
