Wash the dried mushrooms and soak them in warm water. Peel and dice the potatoes, soak them for a while to dry and set aside. Cut the sausage into sections and cut the mushrooms in half.

Soak rice in warm water for fifteen minutes

Heat the pot, add less cooking oil and sauté the green onions until fragrant

Heat the oil and stir-fry the onion and ginger until fragrant. Add the diced sausage, potatoes and mushrooms and stir-fry. Remove the light soy sauce. Stir-fry the oil-consuming chicken powder, salt and sugar.

Add the rice and rice washing water into the pot, and add enough water to cover all the ingredients. Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then simmer over medium-low heat
