Overview

I see that I still have a lot of salted duck eggs at home. Since they have been left for a long time, they are already very salty when cooked. So today I changed my way of eating and made this crab roe tofu. It tastes pretty good. The tofu is tender and smooth and has the salty texture of salted egg yolk.

  1. Prepare the ingredients: two salted duck egg yolks, a box of lactone tofu

  2. Place the duck egg yolk in the microwave on high heat for 50 seconds until cooked, crush it with a spoon, and cut the lactone tofu into cubes

  3. Pour oil into the pot, when the oil is hot, add the crushed egg yolk, stir-fry over low heat for a while

  4. Pour in appropriate amount of water

  5. After the water boils, add the tofu, push the tofu gently with a spatula, cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 2 minutes

  6. When the soup is almost reduced, add salt and chicken essence, and finally thicken with water starch

  7. After serving, sprinkle with some chopped green onions and enjoy while hot!
