Simple oven dish---Grilled fish fillet

Fish steak, shrimp steak. . . They are all delicious, but deep-frying contains a lot of fat, so I tried baking them in the oven. The result was really good, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with low oil content. . . . . .
