Shredded Pork with Beijing Sauce
Overview
A very famous dish, I improved it and it became a favorite dish in my family. Meat should be eaten occasionally, but it cannot be said that keeping in good health means not eating any meat at all. It is more reasonable to combine meat and vegetables with nutrients.

My family doesn't like tofu skin, so I made this small soft pancake. I have posted a similar recipe before. Let me briefly explain here, mix the eggs and flour, pour in an appropriate amount of water, make a flowable batter, and let it sit for a while

Wash the meat and cut into shreds

Pour in appropriate amount of cooking wine, starch and fresh soy sauce, marinate for a while

Pour oil into a flat surface, pour an appropriate amount of batter, and scrape the surface with a spatula
