Dry pot braised meat
Overview
When I got home last week, my lovely dad prepared a big bag of braised braised food for me. Since there was too much, I could only refrigerate it. I suddenly thought that I would like to make a hot pot braised braised food today during the Winter Solstice Festival.

Get the ingredients ready.

Put more oil in the pot, add the marinated meat, and fry until slightly dry
