  5. Then add chili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and perilla to the oil pan and stir-fry over medium heat. Add 6 drops of white wine two minutes before serving. It's done. Can be left for many days. It tastes great after cooling
