Cut the fish into small pieces, add salt and marinate for an hour. After an hour, wash the fish with water and filter

Crush fresh red pepper and set aside

Put it in the pot and fry

Fry until golden brown

Then add chili, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaves, and perilla to the oil pan and stir-fry over medium heat. Add 6 drops of white wine two minutes before serving. It's done. Can be left for many days. It tastes great after cooling
