Use a toothbrush to clean the surface of hairy crabs

Then rinse with running water

Cut the crab into two pieces

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, oil, salt, sugar, and half a bowl of water and bring to a boil

Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to medium heat and simmer until the soup dries up (about 8-10 minutes)
