Cut the mutton into slightly larger dices, put oil in the wok, heat the oil to 70% and fry the diced mutton. First add pepper powder and stir-fry the chili noodles to make red oil, then add soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and salt, fry for a while, and set aside.

Dice potatoes, tofu, and green radish and set aside.

Chop the tomatoes and set aside.

Chop celery into cubes and set aside.

Chop ginger, onion, garlic, green pepper, mince garlic sprouts and set aside.

Add oil to the pan, add ginger, onions, and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add potatoes, tofu and diced green radish and stir-fry. Add five-spice powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce and vinegar and stir-fry for a while.

Put the vegetables aside, add tomatoes and stir-fry until the tomatoes produce juice

Stir-fry the vegetables and tomatoes evenly, add water, then pour in the fried diced mutton, bring to a boil, and then simmer over low heat for eight minutes.

Add diced green pepper and celery and cook for a minute.

Finally, add garlic sprouts and chicken essence, cook for a while and turn off the heat. A pot of delicious mutton dumpling is ready.
