Glutinous Pork Ribs
Overview
As soon as the pot was lifted, a faint fragrance wafted over. The chef asked after the first bite, what spices did you put in? Why is it so fragrant? I said where are the spices, that is, refined salt, ginger, and garlic? He took a second bite and asked if you added meat tenderizer powder? Why are the ribs so tender and still falling off the bones? Oops, when he asked, I had to recite the seasonings inside again, and then we analyzed it together. Could it be that the meat is tender because it is coated with starch? Does the aroma come from the glutinous rice aroma? Haha, never mind, delicious is the way to go! After finishing the meal, the chef did not forget to leave a message: Your dish was very successful! This dish can be a meal or a dish. If you are an office worker, you can prepare it the night before, put it in the refrigerator, and steam it directly in the pot when you get off work. It may seem complicated to prepare, but it is actually very simple to make.
