Thousand carrots and crucian carp stew

My family often buys small crucian carp to make soup for the children. The adults also wanted to eat something, so they cooked the whole crucian carp together with the ingredients they had at home.

All ingredients. Clean the crucian carp.

Wash the pieces and cut them into strips and tie them into knots; peel the carrots and slice them with tools.

Heat oil in a pan, put the crucian carp in the pan and fry over low heat until crispy on one side, then turn over to the other side.

After the crucian carp is fried, add garlic and shredded ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
