Red yeast cabbage buns
Overview
Just after the New Year, I made a red yeast cabbage bun. The cabbage can clear away heat, detoxify, remove internal heat, and has a salty and fresh taste with pork filling. The right amount of red yeast powder and noodles are attractive in color and appetizing. They can be shared by family members as soon as they are cooked.

Combine water, yeast, red yeast rice powder and dough, and knead until soft.
