Add appropriate amount of rice wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, chopped ginger, and salt to the pork filling and mix well. Add water in batches and stir in the same direction until the meat filling is thick. Add chopped chives, salad oil, and sesame oil and mix evenly.

Prepare wonton wrappers and water.

Blanch the baby greens in a pot of boiling water. Pour into cold water and cool down.
