Overview
I'm a bit lazy today and need nutrition, so I cooked this dish. Carrots supplement vitamins, mutton nourishes the kidneys, and cashews are my daughter’s favorite. Also added a pepper to increase appetite!

Dice carrots, onions, peppers and mutton and set aside. Remove the seeds from the pepper.

Add vegetable oil to the pot and heat it until it is 60% hot. Add the cashew nuts. When the cashew nuts turn yellow, take them out.

After taking out the cashews, turn off the 🔥, wait until the hot oil becomes warm, then turn on the heat, add the mutton to the pot and stir-fry.

Stir-fry the mutton for about three minutes, add a small amount of salt and cumin seeds, continue to stir-fry for a while, add the carrots, and when the carrot oil comes out, add the pepper and onion and stir-fry for about a minute.
