Cut the chicken into small pieces and wash.

Clean the clams.

Blanch the chicken pieces, wash them and control the water.

Onions, ginger, and star anise are ready.

Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry.

Add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry until the chicken becomes firm.

Add enough water to simmer.

Cook until the soup thickens, add green and red pepper and stir-fry.
