  3. Blanch the chicken pieces, wash them and control the water.

  4. Onions, ginger, and star anise are ready.

  5. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger, and star anise and stir-fry until fragrant.

  6. Add chicken pieces and stir-fry.

  7. Add a spoonful of soybean paste and stir-fry.

  8. Add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir-fry until the chicken becomes firm.

  9. Add enough water to simmer.

  10. Cook until the soup thickens, add green and red pepper and stir-fry.
