Sautéed Kidneys
Overview
I bought 2 pork loins over the weekend and fried them with Pixian bean paste and black bean paste. The taste is quite strong and delicious!

Clean the pork loin and remove all the white and dark red parts inside

Cut into small pieces with a flower knife

Put it into a bowl, add cooking wine, ginger juice, salt and cornstarch, mix well and marinate for a while

Make a sauce: vinegar, light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, chicken powder, sesame oil and cornstarch and mix well

Boil water in a pot and add pork loin boiling water

When you see the color change, take it out and drain

After frying the ginger slices in a pan, add Pixian bean paste and black bean paste and stir-fry until fragrant

Add the shredded black fungus and carrot slices prepared in advance and stir-fry evenly, then add a little water and bring to a boil

The kidney flowers after adding boiling water

Add some cooking wine and stir-fry

Add the prepared sauce and stir well

Sprinkle some chive segments
