Soak the mushrooms and fungus, wash the mushrooms, cut them into two pieces, remove the stems of the fungus and tear into small florets.

Heat oil in a pot, add mushrooms and fungus, stir-fry for a while, then add a small bowl of water and bring to a boil.

Add the gluten and use a spatula to flatten the gluten.
