Dice all ingredients and set aside.

Start making saozi: heat the pan and add oil. After the oil is hot, add the onions, diced pork, diced mushrooms, and diced carrots to the pot and stir-fry until the meat changes color.

Add diced tomatoes and green peppers and stir-fry over high heat.

Add half a bowl of water, dry starch and soy sauce, reduce to low heat and cook.
