Lemon grilled fish
Overview
Most of the time, sea bass is steamed, so it’s not a bad idea to eat it in a different flavor. Pair it with lemon grilled fish for a lighter taste.

Remove the scales and intestines of the sea bass, wash it, cut the fish into 2 crosswise cuts, apply a little salt to marinate it to taste, and place it on a baking sheet lined with tin foil and oil paper;

Wash the carrots and onions, cut them into small pieces, mince the ginger and garlic, tear the coriander into sections, add an appropriate amount of crushed black pepper, and add an appropriate amount of salt;

Add vegetable oil; stir well and set aside;

Pile the vegetables evenly on the fish;

Wrap it in oil paper, then wrap it in tin foil;

Place in the middle and lower racks of the preheated oven; bake using the upper and lower ovens at a temperature of 230 degrees for 25 minutes;

When the time comes, take out the baking pan;

Open the tin foil and oil paper; carefully lift the fish and put it on the plate;
