Delicious fried noodles
Overview
Mixed sauce noodles are rich in nutrients, and they are even more popular in the hot summer! My fried noodles with soybean paste is my own recipe based on the old Beijing noodles with soybean paste. I don’t seek authenticity, but deliciousness is the last word!

Cut the pork belly into cubes and marinate with ginger juice, cooking wine and chopped green onion for a while

Prepare the ratio of soybean paste, sweet noodle paste, and doenjang (5:2:1), then add a little oyster sauce, steamed fish soy sauce, and white sugar, mix well, and then add half a small bowl of water to dilute it (I forgot to take a picture of the step of adding water)

Add a little bit of base oil to the pot, pick a few diced fat meat and stir-fry out the fat, add the marinated diced meat and stir-fry, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry the green onion until it is fragrant

Pour in the sauce, and after boiling the pot, stir constantly over low heat to avoid burning the pot

When it thickens, add oil and minced garlic to taste

Stir a few times and turn off the heat.

Boil the soybeans, blanch the mung bean sprouts and carrot shreds except the cucumber shreds, and put them in cold water and set aside.

Boil three noodles and drain them
