Soak the rice noodles in warm water in advance

Lightly dried scallops soaked in advance

Slice lean meat and add light soy sauce, starch, and pickled ginger; mince garlic and marinate in oyster sauce; mince celery

Drain the rice noodles and add in the water, add peanut oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, scallops and minced garlic and mix well

Line a steamer with tin foil or oil paper, pour the mixed rice noodles, sprinkle with meat slices and steam over high heat for 20 minutes

After the rice noodles are steamed, add celery and steam for half a minute

Turn off the heat, mix well and serve
