Wash the pork belly and blanch it with cold water, ginger slices and cooking wine, then cut it into small strips and set aside.

Do not add oil to the pot and directly pour the pork belly. Turn to low heat and stir-fry slowly for 8-10 minutes. Then turn to medium heat and add onions, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, cooking wine, and white sugar and continue to stir-fry

Add the ingredients packets and cooked eggs to the pot, then pour water to cover the meat, cover the pot and simmer over low heat for about 40 minutes, then turn to high heat to reduce the juice.
