Asparagus Cream Soup
Overview
I opened a box of whipping cream the day before yesterday. After using some, there was still a lot left. If you open a large box, you have to use it up as soon as possible. But I didn’t want to make any dessert these days, so I happened to buy a handful of asparagus, so I made my son’s favorite cream soup.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and fry in the pan until they change color

Add chicken stock and cook until soft

Add pepper, salt and sugar.

Add milk.

After the soup is boiled, dice the asparagus and add it

Pour the cooked soup into a food processor and blend into a paste

Pour back into the pot and add whipped cream

Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Pour the soup into a bowl, top with the fried asparagus segments, top with some whipped cream and serve.
