Braised pork ribs with white radish

Put the ribs in a pot under cold water, add the green onion knots and cooking wine, cook until the bleeding water drains out and drain

Cut the white radish into hob pieces, slice the ginger, and peel the skin of the garlic

Heat oil in a pan, add pork ribs and stir-fry

Add water to cover 2/3 of the ribs. Bring to a boil over high heat and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes
