Chop the braised pork (braised pork is very simple to make, as shown in the previous recipe), and chop the carrots, onions, and spring onions. Spare!

Add the chopped onion to the hot pan with cold oil and stir-fry until fragrant! (The amount of oil is slightly larger because we need to scramble eggs and rice later)

Saute onions until fragrant, add carrots and mix well, add a little salt to adjust the base!

Pour in braised pork, mix well, and set aside. Pour in the beaten eggs on the other side first.

Then pour the rice over the eggs (overnight rice is best)

Stir fry the rice to coat the rice with eggs!

Stir all the ingredients together!

Sprinkle with chopped green onions, turn off the heat, and take out the pan!
